1. Do you ship all over India?
Yes, we ship to most locations across India through our trusted delivery partners.
2. What are the delivery timelines?
Estimated delivery times are shown on our shipping page. These may vary depending on your location and courier partner.
3. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, we do! However, COD is not a trial option — payment must be made before accepting the package. Refusal of COD orders may result in deactivation of the COD option for your account.
4. How can I cancel my order?
You can request cancellation within 4 hours of placing your order by emailing us. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
5. What if I’m not home during delivery?
Our courier partner will make up to three delivery attempts. If all attempts fail, the package will be returned, and refunds will not be issued for COD orders.
6. My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
Please email us clear photos of the damaged product and packaging within 24 hours of delivery. We will resolve the issue immediately.
7. Can I return a product?

8. What if my pincode is unserviceable for returns?
