Shipping Policy
We ship across India and offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option.

Delivery Timelines – Estimated delivery times are mentioned on our shipping page and are indicative, depending on your location, distance, and our logistics partners.

Delays – We are not liable for delays caused by courier companies or postal authorities, but we will assist you in tracking your package through our courier partners.

Cash on Delivery Terms – COD is not a trial option. Full payment is required before accepting the order. Refusal of COD orders without valid reason will result in deactivation of COD for future purchases.

Special Delivery Requests – For time-sensitive deliveries, please email us and mention your request in the order notes. We will try our best to fulfil it but cannot guarantee delivery within the requested time.

Order Cancellations – Cancellations must be requested within 4 hours of placing the order by emailing us. Once an order is shipped, cancellations will not be accepted. No refunds will be processed for doorstep cancellations or after three failed delivery attempts by our courier partner.
Returns & Refunds
We take great care in packing every product to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. However, if your order arrives damaged:

Report within 24 hours – Email us a clear photo of the damaged item and its packaging within 24 hours of delivery. We will resolve it immediately.

Return Eligibility – Items must be unused, in their original condition, with original packaging and paperwork.

Multiple Returns – We reserve the right to deny or charge for returns if multiple return requests are made from the same account.

Unserviceable Return Locations – In rare cases where your pincode is not serviceable for return pickup by our partners (Delhivery, Shiprocket), the reverse pickup will only be initiated once the pincode becomes serviceable again.
